The profit layer for your hauling company.

Keep your dumpster business software. Haulix connects dispatch, GPS and maintenance data so you can see roll-off dumpster profitability by job, customer, truck and driver. Start with Docket reporting, then put costs and worklists alongside the numbers.

Your software stays. Your numbers come together.

1

Connect

Link your dispatch system, GPS and maintenance accounts in minutes using the supported connections below.

Keep using DRS or Docket and import customer and order history from spreadsheet exports for a clearer view of your operation. Haulix guides the import and maps your columns automatically.

2

See

Put billed line items next to dump fees, driver labor and fuel. See true cost and margin on every job, then look across customers, trucks and drivers.

See which hauls earn their keep.
3

Act

Worklists, not just charts. Collect overdue balances, check jobs losing money and call regulars who’ve gone quiet.

Know who to call and what to check next.

Your invoice only tells half the story.

Dispatch software knows what you charged, but not what the job cost. GPS knows the miles, but not the invoice. Haulix connects them.

Your dispatch system keeps running orders and billing. Haulix reads the connected data and joins the pieces, with cost defaults you control.

Answers you can put to work.

Dumpster rental job costing and hauling company analytics, built around the decisions you make every day.

What does each job really make?

A per-order P&L: billed line items minus dump fees, driver labor and fuel calculated from actual GPS miles and truck MPG. Flags fuel you drove but didn’t bill.

Act on it now: Review low-margin hauls and unbilled fuel before taking more of the same work.

Where is money leaking?

See zero- and negative-margin jobs alongside voided and bad-debt dollars.

Act on it now: Check the jobs losing money and investigate the dollars you’re writing off.

Who owes me, and who do I call first?

A/R aging, days sales outstanding and a collections worklist ranked by balance × days late.

Act on it now: Start at the top of the list and work the overdue balances.

Which customers matter, and which are slipping?

See top accounts, how much revenue depends on your top 5 customers and a win-back list of regulars who’ve gone quiet.

Act on it now: Call the quiet regulars and keep an eye on how much rides on your biggest accounts.

Where is my fleet?

A live vehicle map, trips, drivers and road-snapped routes from your GPS provider.

Act on it now: Pull up the truck and review the trip when a haul needs a closer look.

What am I paying at each dump site?

A per-trip dump ledger and per-site costs, so disposal charges don’t disappear into a monthly total.

Act on it now: Review dump charges against the jobs they belong to.

Once you know which customers make you money, go find more like them.

Haulix never contacts anyone on your behalf unless your team does. Multi-branch teams can work with roles and permissions.

Where’s the next job coming from?

New public building and demolition permits in your area become assigned leads automatically, with duplicates removed.

Act on it now: Review the project and have your team make the first call.

Who’s following up?

A CRM with a pipeline board, activity tracking, follow-ups, lead pools and CSV import.

Act on it now: Assign the next step so a good lead doesn’t sit untouched.

Who has the customer’s text?

A shared SMS and iMessage inbox with live delivery status.

Act on it now: Keep the conversation with the team and see whether your message arrived.

Keep the software your crew knows.

A few straight answers.

Do I have to switch from Docket/my current software?

No. Haulix reads from your connected software. Keep dispatching, taking orders and billing in the system you use today. See the connected systems and import options above.

What do you need access to, and is my data safe?

Haulix needs read access to your connected accounts to bring the numbers together. Each company’s data is kept separate. Your team uses roles and permissions to control access.

How long until I see numbers?

[TBD]

What if my GPS or maintenance software isn’t listed?

Request an integration and tell us what you use. Only the systems marked Connected are live today.

How do you calculate fuel and labor cost per job?

Fuel cost = GPS miles ÷ truck MPG × fuel price. Labor cost = driver hourly rate × time on the job. You set the defaults. Review those inputs and recorded costs when checking a job’s margin.

Where do the leads come from, and will you contact my customers?

We gather leads, company and industry details, and contact information from a variety of sources. Each lead goes through several quality checks to earn a score—the higher the score, the stronger the lead—so your team knows where to start. Your team decides who to contact and when.
