End-User License Agreement
Effective October 24, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Haulix’s website, software, reports, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a data source, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service and license
Haulix provides tools for hauling businesses to combine operational and business records, review reports, and identify possible gaps or opportunities. Subject to this Agreement and any applicable order or subscription terms, Haulix grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. Haulix and its licensors retain ownership of the Service and its underlying software, design, and content.
2. Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that people using your account are authorized to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying Haulix at info@haulix.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have authority to connect and share any business account or data source you make available to the Service.
3. Your data and connected services
You retain your rights in data you provide or authorize Haulix to access (“Customer Data”). You grant Haulix permission to access, use, process, store, and display Customer Data as needed to provide, maintain, support, and secure the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize Haulix to obtain and process the data you select through that service’s approved connection. Your use of that third-party service remains subject to its own terms. You can revoke a connection through the third-party provider or by contacting us; revocation may limit features that depend on that connection.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; attempt to bypass security or access another customer’s data; reverse engineer the Service except where law permits; resell or sublicense access without Haulix’s written consent; or use the Service in a way that disrupts other users or connected providers. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you supply and for obtaining any notices or permissions required from your employees, customers, or other people whose information you provide.
5. Reports and business decisions
Reports and estimates depend on the completeness and accuracy of connected records, settings, and assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing results before taking action. The Service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice, and it does not replace your own records or professional judgment.
6. Fees and changes
Any paid features, fees, billing period, and cancellation terms will be shown in the order or subscription terms you accept. Haulix may update the Service, including features and integrations, from time to time. We may also update this Agreement by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the Service or by email where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure by emailing info@haulix.io. Haulix may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of this Agreement, a security threat, nonpayment under applicable paid terms, or when required by law. When access ends, your license ends. We will handle retained Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement or legal obligation.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Haulix is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services outside its control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
